1. Eligibility for Returns
You are eligible to return your product if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item is in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Your return request will be executed within 4-5 working days.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable:
- Products purchased on clearance or during promotional sales.
- Customized or personalized luggage covers.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

within 3 days of receiving the product. - Provide your order number, a brief explanation of the return reason, and, if possible, include images of the product if it’s damaged or defective.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with the return shipping address.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item is safely returned. Vybe Lifestyles is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
- Once the return is approved it will be delivered within 5 – 7 days.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be credited within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- In the case of rejected refunds due to non-compliance with our return policy (damaged product, used product, etc.), the item will be returned to you at your expense.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe, please:

7. Exchanges

8. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at support@vybelifestyles.com or calling us at +91 97853-75865. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the return process.
9. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage at support@vybelifestyles.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.
