All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the payment is successfully received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5-7 business days.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and chosen shipping option, typically between 7-15 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on location, shipping provider delays, and public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the product, and destination. You will be shown the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

  • Domestic Shipping: Starts from ₹100 depending on the location.
  • International Shipping: Calculated based on destination and shipping provider rates.

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be mentioned on the website during the promotional period.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your shipment. You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet the expected delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs clearance (for international orders), or carrier issues. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you promptly.

7. International Shipping – Customs and Duties

For international orders, customs and import duties may apply. These charges vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please be aware of your country’s import regulations before placing an order. Vybe Lifestyles is not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance.

8. Address Changes

9. Missing or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours at support@vybelifestyles.com or call us at +91 97853-75865. We will work with the shipping provider to investigate and resolve the issue.

10. Return to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, we will notify you. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
